that's how we roll

It was bike month in May. P-town celebrated with a week of festivities which included a bike-in movie, a scavenger hunt on bikes, discounts at restaurants for people who biked, and a bike to work day.
I work from home so biking to work didn't make a lot of sense, but I still went down to the courthouse to see what was going on. I'm glad I did. Jamba Juice was handing out free smoothies and Einstein's gave out bagels. There were free accessories for bikes and information about biking down town. Mad Dog Cycles was there doing free tune-ups, which I of course took advantage of. There was even a ride with Mayor Curtis. It was a pretty fun morning and definitely worth the trip.

sufferin' succotash

After passing Dave & Cranky Chuck's on several runs, Kate decided we should try the place out. Dave seated us at the corner window, which overlooked the South End shops and the southern hills of campus. Kate and I had a contest to see who had lived int the most places in Provo. I won with 15.
The nacho's house cheese sauce and corn succotash were a favorite, along with the candied pistachios on Sarah's salad. The enormous croutons in my soup and tall water glasses were another highlight.
